Shipping

What are your shipping options?

UK ORDERS:

UK delivery is FREE!

I ship within the UK using tracked delivery methods such as 'Royal Mail 48 Tracked' or similar. Sometimes I may select a different shipping provider to ensure the best possible service.

UK orders with a value over £150 will arrive by Royal Mail Special Delivery or similar at no extra cost.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

I ship internationally using Royal Mail's International Tracked service or other similar tracked services.

International shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Where do you ship to?

Stone and Spectra currently ships to:

  • UK: England, Scotland, Wales

  • Canada

  • United States

Don’t see your country? Drop me an email to enquire about shipping to you hello@stoneandspectra.com

Unfortunately, due to GPSR regulations introduced in December 2024, Stone and Spectra will no longer offer shipping to the EU or Northern Ireland.

When will my order arrive?

I ship orders twice a week, and once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking code for your peace of mind and convenience.

After dispatch, orders shipped by Royal Mail 48 hour Tracked usually arrive in 2-3 business days. Orders arriving by Royal Mail Special Delivery usually arrive on the next business day.

International orders usually arrive between 7 and 14 business days after dispatch.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! I ship world-wide - international shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Will I need to pay customs fees for my international order?

It’s always possible with international orders, no matter where you’re shopping online, that there will be extra charges, fees or taxes to pay when the package arrives in your country. Unfortunately, this is out of my control, and I advise you to check with your government or official customs website for the most up-to-date and relevant information.

How will my order be packaged?

Orders are shipped in a letterbox-friendly postal box. For shipping methods that do not require a signature, your parcel will usually be posted through your letterbox.

All jewellery pieces arrive in a branded luxury velvet pouch with a jewellery care instruction card.

Materials

What’s the difference between Sterling Silver and Silver-Filled?

At Stone and Spectra, we use both Sterling Silver and Silver-Filled materials for their quality, durability, and beauty -each chosen with intention to honour the craftsmanship and energy of your piece.

STERLING SILVER (925):

Sterling Silver (also known as 925 Silver) is a precious metal made from 92.5% pure Silver, loved for its luminous finish and enduring strength. We use high-quality recycled Sterling Silver wherever possible, especially for clasps, charms, beads, and other findings where durability and elegance are key. Unless otherwise stated, these components in your Stone and Spectra jewellery are made from Sterling Silver.

SILVER-FILLED:

Silver-Filled wire is crafted by bonding a thick layer of .999 Fine Silver (which has a higher purity than Sterling Silver) to a durable base. This creates a luxurious finish that resists tarnish far longer than Silver Plated alternatives. The wire used in Stone and Spectra designs contains 100 times more Silver than standard plating, offering the luminous beauty of Fine Silver with added strength - ideal for intricate, long-lasting wire-wrapped pieces.

Both materials are chosen to ensure your jewellery looks radiant, feels wonderful to wear, and stands the test of time. For care tips, see the jewellery care guide included with your order, or read it online here.
